No worries! Returns happen! 

Flair Wear By KS/FWxKS will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 5 days of receiving all items in the order for a shop credit

If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, we must be notified within 5 days. We offer no guarantee on items after 5 days of receipt.  it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date. 

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on FWxKS' part. 

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, accessories (handbags, sunglasses, hats, hair accessories, etc), any items marked final sale and sale items are final sale. This includes items where a coupon code was used (with the exception of new customer and referral coupon codes)

All orders shipped to residents outside the U.S. are not eligible for return/exchange.

Requests for item/order cancellation will be handled on a case by case basis, and processed as a shop credit

A customer return rate above 15% will begin to incur restocking fees. A consistent return rate above 15% will result in removal from our shopping platform. 

Please thoroughly review our return policy to ensure that no items are sent back to us that are final sale. If a final sale item is returned to us, there will be a $5 charge, per item, to send the items back to you. If the return shipping fee is not paid in a timely manner, the items will be forfeited. Thank you!

Please follow these steps for returns/exchanges:
    1. Please submit your return & exchange request by emailing us at: admin@flairwearbyks.com
    2. We will send you the return shipping label and send it back as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving your items.
    3. Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, a member from the FWxKS team will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
    4. Please allow FWxKS 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
    5. If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
    6. Please note: Holidays and weekends are not business days.
